Catering Sales CSR

Job Description:

  • Monitor catering platforms (ezManage, Olo, ezCater, etc.) to track daily orders and ensure smooth delivery
  • Perform morning check-ins for prior evening orders and afternoon check-ins for current lunch orders
  • Communicate proactively with GMs to confirm order details and resolve on-site issues
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone calls from GMs and customers; own the customer experience until resolved
  • Coordinate logistics with customers and GMs from order placement through delivery (temperature, presentation, special instructions)
  • Conduct post-order follow-ups to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Use after-service follow-ups to drive repeat business: thank customers, identify upcoming needs, present package recommendations, and schedule future orders or reminders
  • Save all new catering client contact details (including phone numbers) into RingCentral accurately and promptly
  • Flag and escalate customer or GM-reported issues to the manager with recommended next steps
  • Encourage positive reviews on ezCater/Google and encourage direct ordering when a location proves highly reliable
  • Assist with inbound/outbound sales calls and document interactions in internal systems (secondary to service priorities)
  • Update and maintain prospect lists; perform light lead research and follow-up cadence with past clients (secondary task)
  • Enter and edit catering orders in the CRM/DB as needed
  • Any other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities related to the above

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course
  • 2+ years of proven customer service or voice role experience
  • SALES F&B /catering /restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with US Pacific Time schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PT)
  • Clear, professional spoken and written English
  • Has initiative and knows how to escalate issues to key stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, CRM discipline, and escalation judgment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with managers and GMs
