Job Overview: We’re looking for chat agents to join our team and help build meaningful connections between creators and their followers. In this role, you’ll engage in live conversations, understand follower needs, and help drive sales through thoughtful, personalized communication. Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned shifts, handle messages, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Apply sales skills effectively during chat interactions.
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a call center is required.
  • Background in customer service or similar roles is a big plus.
  • Solid sales skills and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 100 Mbps).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A personal computer with a working webcam and microphone.
  • Open to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable using online communication tools.
  • Able to work remotely and independently.
  • Bonus: training in emotional intelligence.
  • Must be punctual and dependable (we take attendance seriously).
