JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently hiring a Chat Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and concerns through online chat and messaging platforms in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring excellent written communication and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for non-voice chat support jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic issue resolution
  • Process requests such as updates, tracking, and account changes
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.

REQUIREMENTS

  • No experience required
  • High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
