## Chat Support Executive (UK Shift) ### Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our team in Noida, working the UK shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time chat-based support to customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong written English skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. ### Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer queries via live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts with accuracy and empathy - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring proper follow-up - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Meet and consistently maintain key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve support processes - Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and quality standards during all interactions ### Requirements / Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline (or equivalent) - Prior experience of between one and five years in a customer support, chat support, or BPO role is preferred - Excellent written communication skills in English with strong grammar and vocabulary - Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in using chat support tools, CRM software, and MS Office applications - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude - Willingness and availability to work the UK shift (afternoon to late evening IST) - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of voice-based support is an added advantage ### About the Company Talent Advisors is a professional services and staffing firm focused on connecting skilled professionals with leading organizations across various industries.
