ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team. As a Chat Support, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving concerns, processing requests, and delivering exceptional customer service through phone, chat, email, or other communication channels.Depending on your assigned account, you may support customers with account management, billing concerns, technical troubleshooting, product or service information, reservations, sales, order processing, claims, policy inquiries, healthcare support, financial services, travel assistance, or other customer-related concerns.Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account-related concerns, billing, orders, reservations, technical issues, sales, or service requests depending on the assigned account.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, procedures, promotions, pricing, and available solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions when applicable.
  • Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions within company systems.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department whenever necessary.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Follow company policies, security procedures, and service guidelines at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience requirements may vary depending on the assigned account.
