We're Hiring: Client Service Coordinator

Join Identiti International Inc. and help deliver seamless facility solutions for global brands. We are looking for two (2) Client Service Coordinators to manage client communication, streamline field project operations, and assist with essential service documentation.

  • Setup / Work Location: Hybrid | Cebu Office (Must be willing to work onsite as needed)
  • Schedule: Night Shift (US Business Hours)
  • Employment Status: Full-Time, Probationary to Regular Employment
  • No. of Hiring: 2 Openings
  • Timeline to Hire: 3rd week of August

What You'll Do

· Maintain direct, consistent communication with US clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.

· Billing & Invoicing Support: Coordinate, gather, and organize required project completion records, work orders, and billing documentation to ensure seamless client invoicing.

· Compliance & Deliverables: Monitor project workflows to guarantee all services and documentation meet client specifications, contracts, and compliance standards.

· Drive project success, operational efficiency, and profitability through proactive coordination and accurate documentation tracking.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Documentation & Coordination Support: Background in coordinating and compiling billing, invoicing, and project-related documentation.
  • HVAC Industry Preference: Prior experience supporting, dispatching, or coordinating HVAC / HVAC-R field operations or facility services is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients, field technicians, and internal partners.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills tailored to a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM/dispatching platforms is a major advantage.
  • Equipment Requirements: Must have access to a personal computer or laptop that meets our system requirements for remote work.
  • Work Preference: Fully willing and available to work onsite in our Cebu Office during the night shift (US business hours).
