Let's get this straight from the jump: as an Account Lead, you're in-house Magic - not a VA placed with a client. You lead and coach the EAs matched to our clients, and you make sure both sides of that partnership actually work.

That's a different job than "manager." You're not stacking direct reports - you're owning the whole partnership: the client relationship and the humans delivering on it. Part account lead, part coach, zero script.

Your EAs aren't people who report to you. They're people you lead through trust, because that's the only kind of authority that actually holds up at 2am on a client call.

When your team excels, clients stay. When clients stay, Magic grows. If you want ownership - real ownership, not a title - keep reading.

What Winning Looks Like
  • You run 15–20 EAs with strong client satisfaction and low escalations - consistently, not occasionally
  • You catch the problem before the client does
  • You build development plans that actually get followed through, not filed away
  • You have the hard conversation on time, every time - no stalling
  • You take feedback, apply it, and don't make your manager repeat themselves
Our Hiring Process
Application + Pre-Qualifying Assessment → Interview with Talent Team (45 min) → 24-Hour Reflection Period → Final Interview with Operations Team → Background Check → Job Offer → 3-Week Training Program

What You'll Actually Do

Leadership & Team Development
Manage 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple clients. Run daily stand-ups and coach EAs in real-time. Build development plans and track performance metrics.

Client Success Management
Lead daily video calls with international clients (US, Australia). Optimize EA workflows and manage smooth team transitions. Maintain SOPs for key EA functions.

Operations & Tools
Monitor performance across HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Workspace, and Penthouse. Flag billing questions to the billing team - you coordinate, not calculate. Submit a daily Account Lead Pulse (ALP) report.

Your Superpowers
Grit / "Plow" Mentality · Learning Agility · Coachability · Comfort with Ambiguity · Leadership Instinct · Tech Savviness

Training Reality
Your first 3 weeks are intense — and we want you to know that going in:
  • Schedule:
    • First Week: Monday–Friday, 8:30PM – 5:30 AM PHT
    • Second to Third Week: Monday–Friday, 10:00PM – 7:00 AM PHT
  • Zero absences (medical emergencies only, with documentation)
  • Maximum 2 tardies, 5-minute grace period
  • Maintain a 70% overall score and pass every module — one retake per failed module
We'd rather you know this now than be surprised on Day 1.

What's In It For You

Compensation

  • 12 vacation days + 10 sick days per year

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

What You Bring

  • Comfortable across 6+ platforms daily, and excited to learn new tools
  • Professional-level English, written and verbal
  • A track record of completing strict programs - bootcamps, certifications, structured training
Before You Apply - Quick Gut Check
  • Can you commit exclusively to Magic during training and production?
  • Are you excited (not overwhelmed) by working across 6+ tools daily?
  • Is now the right time - no major life events or client transitions on the horizon?
  • Ready for overnight training, with your eventual shift landing somewhere between 6 PM–3 AM, 12 AM–9 AM, or 4 AM–1 PM PHT?
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
