Client Success Specialist (WFH and Night Shift)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate end-to-end client quotations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
  • Manage procurement and purchasing activities, including raising and tracking purchase orders and vendor coordination
  • Monitor and communicate order status, delivery timelines, and changes to internal stakeholders
  • Support service renewals by tracking contract timelines, preparing documentation, and coordinating renewals in advance of expiration
  • Prepare and distribute recurring client reports, service summaries, and operational updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and documentation within CRM, PSA, and documentation systems
  • Act as a coordination point between client success, sales, finance, service delivery, and procurement teams
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, delays, or recurring issues before they impact client satisfaction
  • Ensure all client-facing and internal communications meet established service and documentation standards
  • Support commercial administration tasks such as invoice coordination, PO matching, and finance-related inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in IT services, client services, account coordination, or service administration
  • Experience working in a managed services (MSP) environment with an understanding of service delivery workflows
  • Demonstrated experience supporting quoting, procurement, or order management processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail in documentation, reporting, data entry, and administrative outputs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with PSA, CRM, and documentation platforms (experience with ConnectWise strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with consistent availability during business hours
  • Basic reporting and data-handling skills using tools such as Excel or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or suppliers for order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
