Job Description We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support patient care operations through clinical triage, admissions, documentation review, and staff training. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with a strong bedside nursing background who can apply sound clinical judgment while delivering high-quality patient support in a remote environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of bedside nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or other direct patient care setting.
- Active nursing license (RN preferred, based on jurisdiction and role requirements).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Experience conducting patient assessments, care coordination, and clinical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
- Previous experience in telephone triage, care coordination, case management, utilization review, or remote nursing roles.
- Experience managing patient admissions, discharge planning, or intake coordination.
- Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding clinical staff.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems and clinical documentation best practices.
- Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare organizations is a plus.
- Conduct clinical triage over the phone by assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and providing appropriate guidance based on established clinical protocols.
- Manage patient admissions, intake, and discharge processes while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination throughout the patient care journey.
- Review clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide clinical training, onboarding, and ongoing education to staff while promoting best practices and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to confidentiality, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Has the ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new technologies, processes, or methods.

- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work

- Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
