Job Description: Clip Researcher Nature & Wild Animal Encounters

We're hiring skilled, experienced clip researchers to source footage for YouTube videos in the nature and wildlife encounters space think wild animal behavior, close calls in the wild, and jaw-dropping moments caught on camera.

You'll deliver clip sheets with your finds. Reference channels are attached so you can study the style and pacing we're going for.

What we're looking for:

- A sharp eye for what makes a clip compelling the moment that makes someone stop scrolling

- Real understanding of what performs on YouTube in this niche

- The judgment to tell a strong clip from a weak one without being told

The most important rule:

If footage has already been used by multiple YouTube channels or has heavy existing exposure on the platform, it's usually not a fit. We want fresh, non copyrighted

footage viewers haven't seen before. Digging up hidden gems is the whole job, the overlooked, the clips that feel new.
