Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and reliable Coding & Digital Skills Coaches to teach live, online classes for our Summer Program (April to August), private classes, and school location based classes.

Coaches will guide students through hands-on, project-based lessons in coding, AI, game development, design, and financial literacy, among others. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, mentoring young learners, and making technical topics engaging and accessible.

We are also open to Academic Coaches, particularly those who can teach Math, Science, and English for grades 1 through 12.

Subjects You May Teach

Coaches will be assigned to one or more of the following, depending on expertise:
  • Python Programming
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Foundations
  • Roblox Studio (Game Development)
  • Scratch (Introductory Coding)
  • Canva (Digital Design & Creativity)
  • Financial Literacy for Kids and Teens
  • Tutorials
  • Classes for Partner Schools
Schedule
  • Part-time
  • Fixed teaching schedule assigned in advance
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate live, instructor-led classes for students
  • Deliver structured lessons using our provided curriculum and materials
  • Guide students through hands-on exercises and projects
  • Encourage participation and maintain an engaging, supportive learning environment
  • Track student progress and provide feedback when needed
  • Attend coach training and periodic team meetings
  • Support program activities and student learning needs
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confident presenting on camera in a professional online environment
  • Knowledge in at least one of the listed subjects (Python, AI, Roblox, Scratch, Canva, or Financial Literacy)
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable device and home workspace
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow structured schedules
Preferred
  • Background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Education, Finance, Design, or related fields
  • Background in IGCSE Business Studies
  • Background in IGCSE Computer Science
  • Open to teaching F2F sessions around Metro Manila (Pasig/BGC)
  • Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or working with students
  • Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Experience working with children or teens
  • Experience in teaching international students
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate Pay: Php200.00 - Php500.00 per hour
