COLLECTION TRANSFER AGENT

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Collection Transfer Agent to join our team at FCO WORLDWIDE, INC. based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling collection transfers effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage outbound calls and transfer those calls to our seasoned Collection Representatives.
  • locate people in the US with debts through the use of various skip tracing tools provided. When you get the right party, transfer the call to our reliable and experienced Collectors.
  • Effectively process and coordinate collection transfer requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transfers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. including Federal and State collection laws.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service.
  • To support your success, Training for the position is provided.
  • To succeed, you must be reliable and Good Attendance is a requirement
What we're looking for
  • No call center experience is necessary, training is provided. You are paid on the first day you join us.
  • Our clients are US based therefore you must have strong communication, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • You must be willing to work in Makati City and be assigned to the night shift.
What we offer
  • Position includes Basic Pay (based on experience), Allowances, Night differential and performance bonuses.
  • Currently, we work 8AM to 5PM EST (9pm to 6am PH time). We make adjustment for Daylight Savings Time (DST). We keep one regular shift and weekly off.
