Are you a skilled communicator who can turn challenging conversations into positive outcomes? We're looking for a Collections Admin Support professional who excels in customer service, negotiation, and written communication to help customers find practical payment solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As our Collections Admin Support, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers through chat and email. More than simply collecting payments, you'll act as a trusted problem solver—helping customers overcome financial challenges by offering tailored payment arrangements while supporting the company's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through chat and email with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Negotiate and recommend suitable payment arrangements to help customers settle outstanding balances.
  • Educate customers on payment obligations and encourage commitment to sustainable repayment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment agreements, and account updates.
  • Collaborate with the Collections Lead to identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to communication templates and processes.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to explain payment terms clearly and professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, chat windows, and digital tools simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred
  • Experience in the FinTech or banking industry.
  • Knowledge of debt collection regulations and fair collection practices.
  • Previous experience in a non-voice collections or financial recovery role.

Work Setup
  • Hybrid Setup – 3 days onsite in Taguig City, 2 days work-from-home.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Shift)
  • Occasional weekend coverage may be required during month-end periods.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per hour
