Community Manager (Remote – Part-Time)

We're looking for a friendly, proactive Community Manager to help manage our paid Skool community. Our goal is to build a supportive, engaging community where members feel connected and encouraged.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys online communities, social media engagement, and creating meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new members and help them feel at home.
  • Create engaging discussion posts, polls, and community prompts.
  • Encourage conversations by replying to member posts and comments.
  • Make sure member questions don't go unanswered.
  • Collect and organize questions for monthly live Zoom session.
  • Post announcements and reminders for upcoming Zoom calls and community events.
  • Run simple community activities and challenges to increase participation.
  • Celebrate member milestones and highlight community wins.
  • Keep the community positive, respectful, and engaging.
  • Track common member questions and provide a monthly community summary.
Requirements
  • Excellent written English.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with people online.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with Facebook Groups, Discord, Skool, Reddit, or other online communities.
  • Experience as a Community Manager, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Customer Support is a plus.
Important This is not a customer support position. Your primary goal is to make the community active, welcoming, and engaging.

Work Schedule

  • 2 hours per day.
  • Flexible schedule, but daily check-ins are expected.
