Job Description: As a Content/Chat Moderator, you are responsible for monitoring and moderating online conversations (chat, comments, forums) to ensure an environment that is respectful and compliant with established rules. You will analyze and filter content (text, images, links), flag or block non-compliant messages, and enforce our clients' moderation policies. You will draft clear, user-appropriate responses, contribute to improving moderation guidelines, and escalate incidents to the coordination team.

This is a contract position based entirely on remote work, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends depending on project needs.

Qualifications

Communication skills: good written communication; ability to adapt tone and register to different audiences; diplomatic and attentive.

Web writing and content: good in online content writing; ability to produce clear, well-structured messages.

Content strategy and management: Skills in content strategy and management; understanding of brand image and editorial consistency.

Digital proficiency: Comfort using moderation tools, chat platforms, and CMS; fluency with online collaboration tools.

Other desired qualities: good sense of ethics, attention to detail, responsiveness, ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, and good command of English
