Job Summary

We're set on finding a sharp, creative LinkedIn Content Creator to join our B2B ghostwriting agency. In this role, you'll craft compelling LinkedIn posts, come up with fresh content ideas, write strategic engagement comments, and prepare design briefs that bring our content to life. The right candidate is intellectually curious, a fast learner, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write engaging, well-structured LinkedIn posts for B2B audiences across multiple client accounts
  • Dream up original content ideas that fit each client's voice, industry, and goals
  • Write thoughtful engagement comments to raise visibility and spark meaningful conversations on LinkedIn
  • Prepare clear, detailed design briefs for visual content to accompany written posts
  • Use AI tools to support content research, drafting, and ideation workflows
  • Use Canva to help with basic visual content or design brief preparation
  • Work closely with the team to keep client brand voices consistent
  • Stay current on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and B2B content best practices

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to shift tone and voice across different brands and industries
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for what makes content engaging and shareable on LinkedIn
