Content Creator/Editor
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, reels, and short-form videos that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling captions and copy tailored to various social media platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic content publishing.
- Schedule and publish content using approved social media management tools.
- Ensure timely execution of content for campaigns, events, promotions, and company announcements.
- Monitor social media channels, comments, and messages, and escalate customer inquiries or concerns when necessary.
- Track content performance metrics and assist in preparing analytics reports to support content optimization and strategy improvements.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with company objectives and brand standards.
- Coordinate content approvals and ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Work closely with the COO and participate in fieldwork activities when needed to capture photos, videos, and other content for marketing purposes.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and recommend creative ideas to increase engagement and reach.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation, management, and publishing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva is required;
experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and coordinate with the COO to create on-site content as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
