Content Creator & Virtual Assistant (Full-Time | Remote – Philippines)

About Us

We are a growing Airbnb and real estate company based in Texas, USA. We manage multiple short-term rental properties and are expanding our social media presence. We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and creative team member who wants a long-term opportunity to grow with our company.

What You’ll Do

Video Editing & Content Creation (Primary Responsibility)
  • Edit engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and graphics.
  • Follow current social media trends.
  • Organize video files and projects.
  • Help create content that grows our social media presence.
Virtual Assistant Duties
  • Assist with Airbnb back-office operations.
  • Research competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Update spreadsheets for pricing, expenses, and taxes.
  • Perform internet research and data entry.
  • Organize business documents and reports.
  • Help improve business systems and complete other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience editing videos with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to learn new systems and follow instructions.
  • Reliable computer and internet connection.
  • Basic English is acceptable. Tagalog speakers are welcome.
  • Airbnb or property management experience is a plus, but not required—we will provide training.
Paid Trial All applicants will complete a paid trial before being offered a full-time position.
