<p>Join our Trust & Safety team and help keep online platforms secure and compliant. As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content—such as images, videos, text, and livestreams—against platform policies, quickly and accurately identifying and acting on violations.</p> <p>Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand<br /> Employment type: Full-Time<br /> Level: Moderator / Senior Moderator<br /> Experience: 1–3 years </p> <p>**Responsibilities**<br /> – Review user-generated content (images, video clips, text posts, and comments) in line with client platform policies.<br /> – Classify content accurately: approve, remove, escalate, or route for secondary review.<br /> – Achieve daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy above the required SLA standard.<br /> – Flag and escalate urgent content (self-harm, CSAM, terrorism, illegal activity) within the defined SLA (typically within 2 hours).<br /> – Log every moderation action correctly in the moderation tool for audit and reporting.<br /> – Participate in weekly calibration sessions to stay consistent with policy interpretation.<br /> – Contribute QA feedback on difficult cases and policy gray areas.<br /> – Keep all reviewed content and user information confidential. </p> <p>**Requirements**<br /> – 1–3 years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or online policy enforcement.<br /> – Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.<br /> – Ability to make fast, consistent, policy-based decisions in high-volume environments.<br /> – Emotional resilience, since the role may include graphic or disturbing content (well-being support is provided).<br /> – Basic proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.<br /> – A graduate degree is preferred; 10+2 with relevant experience may be considered. </p> <p>**Nice to Have**<br /> – Experience moderating video, livestream, or social media content.<br /> – Familiarity with content moderation tools (e.g., Jira-based queues, Brainware, or similar).<br /> – Knowledge of CSAM reporting requirements and platform policy frameworks. </p> <p>**About Ayuda Solutions**<br /> Ayuda Solutions is a technology-enabled BPO and intelligent operations company headquartered in Ranchi, India.
