Synergys is looking for energetic Content Moderators to help maintain a safe, positive, and secure digital environment for millions of global TikTok users.This is a 100% pure non-voice role (no phone calls). You will work behind the scenes to review, analyze, and filter online content to keep the platform free from harmful material. Key Responsibilities

  • Screen Digital Media: Watch and evaluate user-generated videos, audios, comments, and captions to verify they follow community safety guidelines.

  • Enforce Platform Policies: Take instant action (approve, hide, flag, or delete) on content containing hate speech, harassment, fake news, or graphic material.

  • Monitor Live Broadcasts: Review ongoing TikTok Live streams in real-time to intercept and block policy violations dynamically.

  • Meet Target Workloads: Consistently maintain high speed and accuracy rates to hit daily queue targets (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Escalate Critical Risks: Route complex copyright, legal, or extreme safety issues to high-level Trust and Safety supervisors immediately.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School (K-12) Graduates, or College Level.

  • Experience: No BPO experience required! Fresh graduates and career shifters are highly welcome. (6+ months of chat, email, or moderation experience is a plus).

  • Skills: Comfortable using computers, browsing the internet, and navigating social media applications.

  • Language: Good written English communication skills and an understanding of modern internet slang and pop culture.

  • Mindset: High emotional resilience and objectivity when dealing with sensitive, offensive, or graphic digital media.

  • Shift Flexibility: Ready to work rotating roster schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php24,386.18 - Php34,663.64 per month
