About This Role

As a Content Writer at 4KMEDIA, you will create high-impact written content for social media, marketing campaigns, scripts, and brand communication.

You are expected to write engagement-driven, performance-focused content that aligns with brand positioning and business goals.

You must be comfortable writing in English and Telugu depending on project requirements.

This role requires clarity of thought, strong storytelling ability, and fast execution.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on content writing experience (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media captions, scripts, ad copy, or marketing content.

  • Ability to write fluently in English and Telugu.

  • Skills and output quality matter more than formal education. A degree is not mandatory with proven writing ability.

  • Experience writing for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.

  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics (CTR, engagement, hooks, conversions).

Responsibilities

  • 1. Social Media Content Writing Write engaging captions for Instagram and LinkedIn. Develop content aligned with brand voice and audience psychology. Craft strong hooks and call-to-actions.

  • 2. Script Writing Write short-form video scripts (Reels, Shorts). Structure scripts with attention-grabbing openings. Adapt tone based on target audience and platform.

  • 3. Marketing & Ad Copy Write compelling copy for Meta and Google Ads (when required). Support landing page or promotional copy where applicable. Ensure clarity, persuasion, and conversion focus.

  • 4. Content Planning & Collaboration Work closely with Social Media Managers and Video Editors. Translate strategy into structured content drafts. Revise content based on performance insights and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong writing proficiency in English and Telugu.

  • Clear understanding of tone adaptation across platforms.

  • Ability to structure high-retention scripts.

  • Strong grammar and clarity in communication.

  • Research ability to support fact-based content.

  • Time management and remote work discipline.

  • (Bonus) Basic SEO understanding.

  • (Bonus) Basic knowledge of Meta Ads copywriting structure.

  • (Bonus) Understanding of content psychology and storytelling frameworks.

  • (Bonus) Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools (used strategically, not blindly).

  • (Bonus) Passion for content creation and trend analysis.
