About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our dynamic team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and impactful content that supports our marketing and communication strategies.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technical or instructional writer, with a strong understanding of smart technology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support project.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge base and help center articles in accordance with client and stakeholder requirements.
  • Contribute to help center and knowledge base content for product launches in collaboration with project coordinators and the project lead or team leader.
  • Conduct initial research, information gathering, and scope assessment for assigned writing topics.
  • Create social and community forum blog content aligned with guidance from clients and community managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support product announcements and emerging product releases.
Other Relevant Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Completed at least 2 years of college with no pending back subjects.
  • Above-average writing skills with technical experience, preferably related to devices or gadgets.
  • Solid working knowledge of technology devices, including smartwatches and smartphones.
  • Interest in and ability to write knowledge base and help center articles aligned with current technology trends.
  • Ability to write concise, reader-friendly instructions, such as gadget user manuals.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite as required, based on business needs.
