Job Description:

Sal-Tech Easy Packaging is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Controller / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We are seeking a finance professional with strong skills in accounting and financial management who can maintain accurate financial records and support overall financial operations.

If you have experience in bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values precision and trust.

This is a remote position, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required.

Monitor cash flow and report financial performance to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (or similar tools).
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation & Work Setup: Salary negotiable depending on experience
