About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, business-minded lawyer to support corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys solving business problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, client agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.

Conduct legal research and identify business and legal risks.

Support regulatory compliance and review company policies.

Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Use AI-powered legal tools to improve research and document review. Requirements

LLB or equivalent law degree.

2–8 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.

Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred

Experience in consulting, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

Exposure to U.S. or international clients.

Familiarity with AI legal research tools. What We're Looking For
