As a Bistro Food Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within our dining environment. This position includes a variety of responsibilities, such as kitchen support, food preparation, and serving customers, all while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will collaborate closely with other Bistro staff and front desk personnel to provide high-quality food and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook food to standards.
  • Serving & Bartending: Take orders, serve food and beverages.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean kitchen and service area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff for smooth operations.
  • Inventory Management: Stock and manage supplies.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, enhancing their experience.
  • Compliance: Follow all safety and company guidelines.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, techniques and safety standards preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
  • Availability to work some weekends and some holidays
