Creative Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant — YouTube + Facebook
I’m on a mission to turn what I’ve created into a real, growing digital media business — and I’m just getting started. I’m a high-volume independent content creator working across multiple YouTube channels, Facebook pages, websites, an online store, and several creative projects. I’ve built a large library of original content, and now I’m focused on turning that body of work into a sustainable business. Until now, I’ve been doing almost everything myself — creating, editing, uploading, writing descriptions, making thumbnails, organizing content, posting across platforms and trying to figure out what to do next. I’ve reached the point where I simply cannot create AND effectively distribute everything I’m creating. That’s where you come in. I’m looking for a creative, organized Virtual Assistant who genuinely enjoys YouTube, social media and digital content and can help me get more of my work out into the world. And this is definitely not boring corporate content. You’ll be working across several very different brands and types of content — personal storytelling, psychedelic visuals, nature, animals, photography, lifestyle content and other creative projects. There is a huge existing content library to work with, plus new content being created regularly. What you’ll help with: • Uploading and scheduling long-form videos and Shorts on YouTube • Publishing video content natively to Facebook • Formatting and improving titles, descriptions, hashtags and other video information • Creating and adapting thumbnails and graphics in Canva • Organizing YouTube playlists and channel content • Repurposing existing content for different platforms • Helping work through a large backlog of existing videos • Keeping a simple content tracker so we know what has been published, where and when • Learning the different brands and understanding what content belongs where • Helping develop simple systems that make our content workflow faster and more organized • Looking for opportunities to improve how existing content is being used I don't expect you to know everything. I do want someone curious, resourceful and willing to learn.
