Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC (“EMS”) provides operational infrastructure, staffing solutions, marketing systems, and revenue enablement services for companies in real estate, property management, hospitality, healthcare, and service-based industries throughout the United States. As EMS expands its in-house digital marketing division, the Company is building a structured performance marketing team that integrates paid media, funnel systems, CRM tracking, and creative strategy into a unified growth engine.

This role is central to that structure.

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt – Independent Contractor (Non-U.S., W-8BEN) COMPENSATION RANGE: Equivalent to approximately USD $6.00–$7.50 per hour, based on experience, creative capability, and performance impact.

This is NOT a U.S.-based position POSITION TITLE: Creative Marketing Manager (Paid & Organic Content Strategy Lead) DIVISION: Marketing & Sales ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)

The contractor must be actively available during these hours to collaborate with leadership, media buyers, and technical teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the creative direction, content strategy, brand consistency, and performance-oriented messaging across all marketing channels — both paid and organic. As EMS brings advertising operations in-house, this role becomes the central creative authority within the organization. The individual in this position will ensure that all marketing output — including social media content, paid ad creative, landing page messaging, and branded marketing materials — is cohesive, strategically aligned, and performance-driven. This is not a basic graphic design or social posting role. It is a hybrid strategic and execution-focused position that bridges creative development, performance marketing support, and brand management.

Develop high-performing creative assets for paid campaigns

Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

Strengthen organic social presence and engagement

Align ad messaging with landing pages and conversion funnels

Continuously improve creative performance based on data

Performance in this role will directly impact advertising ROI, conversion rates, and brand perception. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Strategy & Messaging Development The Creative Marketing Manager will develop and maintain overarching creative direction for the organization’s marketing initiatives. This includes defining messaging frameworks, value propositions, campaign themes, and visual direction.

Responsibilities include

Developing campaign concepts aligned with company goals

Creating messaging angles for lead generation and brand authority

Identifying emotional triggers and hook strategies

Ensuring consistent tone and brand positioning

Collaborating with leadership to align content with strategic objectives

Paid Advertising Creative Support This role serves as the primary creative partner to the paid media specialists.

Producing static and video ad creative for:

Facebook & Instagram

TikTok

Writing high-converting ad copy

Creating visual mockups and structured testing variations

Developing creative testing roadmaps

Reviewing performance data to refine messaging and visuals

Managing creative refresh cycles to prevent fatigue

Creative must be developed with performance metrics in mind, not aesthetics alone.
