CRM + Sales Ops Operators (Remote – LATAM, Europe, South Asia, Canada)

We’re building a network of smart, detail\u2011oriented Sales & RevOps professionals to help fast\u2011growing companies optimize their CRM, improve sales efficiency, and scale their operations.

\uD83D\uDD37What We Do:
We partner with 7\u2011 to 9\u2011figure businesses (primarily in the U.S.) to place top talent inside their teams as full\u2011time Sales \/ CRM Operators.
These roles are remote and focused on:
* CRM architecture
* Lead management
* Pipeline optimization
* Workflow automation
* Reporting dashboards
* Third-party integrations (Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Stripe, WhatsApp, Zapier, Make, etc.)

We are only working inside HubSpot.

Bonus if you’ve handled CRM-to-CRM migrations or helped teams transition between platforms.

We are consistently hiring for this role. If you’re accepted after our screening process, you’ll be added to our internal operator bench and placed as soon as a client opens a role that matches your skillset.
When you’re placed, you’ll work directly inside the client’s team—but you won’t go in alone. You’ll be supported by our internal Sales Momentum team for training, ongoing support, and success in the role.

* Experience working inside HubSpot
* Sales or marketing operations experience (you’ve supported sales teams, pipelines, or revenue workflows)
* Strong English and clear communication
* Analytical, proactive, and able to translate sales needs into system improvements
