CSR & Sales Representative

Remote (Philippines) | Full-Time


We are looking for a highly reliable and sales-driven CSR & Sales Representative to support our growing residential cleaning business. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to manage leads, scheduling, and follow-ups while delivering an excellent customer experience.


This is a long-term position for someone who can fully own the customer service and sales process and become a dependable part of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries promptly
  • Provide friendly, professional, and clear communication with customers
  • Handle customer updates, questions, and service coordination

Sales & Lead Management

  • Convert incoming leads into booked estimates and jobs
  • Perform consistent follow-up on unsold estimates and inactive leads
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Help maintain strong booking and conversion rates

Scheduling & CRM Management

  • Manage schedules and appointments inside Jobber
  • Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
  • Utilize Go High Level for tracking, sales workflows, and training materials


Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills with excellent phone presence
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Confident, outgoing, and relationship-focused personality
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups consistently
  • Comfortable learning and working within SOPs and systems
  • Experience with Jobber and/or Go High Level is a plus
