Responsibilities

  • Written Inquiry Management: Handle general sales inquiries received exclusively via email and web portals, including generating quotations, processing orders, and raising invoices.
  • Customer Support (Email-Only): Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing structures, stock availability, and estimated delivery details.
  • Sales Team Assistance: Support sales team members by processing orders and handling administrative tasks to streamline the sales pipeline.
  • Order & Web Monitoring: Actively monitor and process web orders received from a global customer base.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain high accuracy in entering customer and order data, and ensure timely completion of all administrative documentation.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate and distribute picking slips directly to warehouse staff to ensure prompt shipping.
  • Financial Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounts department to help manage and reconcile accounts receivable.
  • Inquiry Routing: Efficiently triage and direct incoming email inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive customer relationships through exceptional, responsive written service.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including general data entry and helping organize staff events.
Requirements
  • Education: A science background is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years in customer support experience (preferably B2B)
  • Previous internal /external sales experience
  • Proficiency using a CRM platform (like Dynamics 365) and ERPs (like MYOB Advanced).
  • Exceptional communication skills (email)
Work Arrangement
  • Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine (9) hours work
