## Remote Chat Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and motivated **Chat Support Specialist** to join our remote team.

### Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers through online chat

* Respond to questions quickly and professionally

* Maintain friendly and engaging conversations

* Understand customer needs and provide relevant information

* Follow established communication guidelines and workflows

* Keep customer information and conversations organized in our CRM

* Update customer records and conversation statuses

* Follow up with customers when required

* Work with CRM and chat-management software

* Meet agreed performance and response-time targets

### Requirements

* Strong written English

* Excellent communication skills

* Fast and accurate typing

* Previous experience in customer support, sales, chat support, or a similar role is a plus

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations

* Responsible and organized approach to work

* Comfortable learning new CRM and communication tools
