Customer Sales Support Representative (Weekend, Car Care Industry)

We are looking for a Weekend Customer Sales Support Representative to handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Lazada, and Shopee for a Singapore-based business.

Experience in the car care, car detailing, automotive, or related industry is highly preferred

This role is suitable for someone who is responsive, sales-minded, and experienced in handling online customer enquiries. The main responsibility is to reply promptly, assist customers professionally, and help convert enquiries into sales.

Work Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (14 hours per day)

Job scope: You are required only to reply to customer messages promptly. So it can be on your mobile phone.

Salary:

PHP 18,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Lazada, and Shopee
  • Answer questions about products, services, pricing, availability, and bookings/orders
  • Assist customers in choosing the right products or services based on their needs
  • Follow up with potential customers to help convert enquiries into sales
  • Handle customer concerns or basic complaints professionally
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone in all customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer support, sales support, chat support, or e-commerce customer service is required
  • Able to reply quickly and manage multiple chat platforms efficiently
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Sales-oriented and able to guide customers toward making a purchase or booking
  • Patient, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in the car care, car detailing, automotive, or related industry is highly preferred
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who does not just “reply messages”, but can actively support the sales process by understanding customer needs, giving helpful recommendations, following up properly, and helping close enquiries into actual sales.
