Customer Service Assistant (Automotive Parts Industry)

We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Service Assistant to support an automotive parts business with customer communication, quote follow‑ups, and voice‑based outreach. This role requires someone with a neutral accent, strong phone presence, and a practical understanding of automotive or mechanical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Calls
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding quotes, orders, and follow‑ups
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional voice‑based customer service
  • Answer customer questions related to automotive parts and basic mechanical details
  • Maintain a calm, helpful tone when handling enquiries or clarifying product information
Quote & Follow‑Up Management
  • Follow up with customers after quotes are sent to encourage conversion
  • Track pending quotes, customer responses, and next steps
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates and accurate information
Automotive Support & Understanding
  • Use basic mechanical or automotive knowledge to assist customers confidently
  • Understand common automotive parts, terminology, and customer needs
  • Communicate technical details in a simple, easy‑to‑understand way
General Customer Service & Admin Tasks
  • Assist with additional admin tasks related to customer orders and communication
  • Maintain organised records of calls, follow‑ups, and customer interactions
