HOURS: Full time 37.5 hours Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 5pm Fri 8.30am - 3.45pm

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an outstanding customer service professional to start as soon as possible. This is a brilliant role to suit someone who has relevant customer service experience within an office. You must have some customer service work experience and show that you have exceptional customer service skills. Our client delivers a positive customer service experience at every stage from quotation to delivery. One of the world's leading providers in its field, it also develops, manufactures and sells equipment and consumables.

Order processing

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records onto the IT system
  • Dealing with phone enquiries
  • Lots of customer contact which is mainly email based but some telephone work too
  • Arranging travel for team members
  • Lots of ad hoc admin duties

Previous customer service experience

* Someone who is confident, has excellent time management, organisational skills, good attention to detail and a passion about giving a great customer experience
