Customer Service Champion (Remote, Day Shift)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Champion. As a Champion for excellent Customer Service at Cloud Nine Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our clients, understanding their products/services and effectively communicating their value to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our internal software system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment; ideally under an Australian account and/or campaign.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns or complaints.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Must have a WFH Set-up; ideally a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps.
