<p>Job Summary</p><p>The Contact Center Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by effectively handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, managing cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.</p><p>The Contact Center Agent is expected to maintain strong product knowledge, follow company policies and procedures, and demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels, including phone and email.</li><li><strong>Problem Resolution:</strong> Assess and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while providing timely solutions.</li><li><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate relevant information to customers.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards when handling customer interactions.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.</li><li><strong>Feedback:</strong> Provide customer feedback and insights that may help improve customer service, processes, and product offerings.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with team members, leadership, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve individual and team goals.</li><li><strong>Case Management:</strong> Manage customer cases by tracking progress, ensuring timely resolution, and conducting appropriate follow-ups.</li><li><strong>Inbound and Outbound Communication:</strong> Handle inbound calls and email inquiries and initiate outbound communication when needed.</li><li>Must be amenable to working onsite when required by the Client or Weave, including for operational, training, onboarding, or business continuity requirements.</li><li>Willing to work on a <strong>graveyard/night shift and/or shifting schedule</strong>, depending on Client operational requirements.</li><li>Willing to work on <strong>weekends and holidays</strong> when required by business operations.</li><li>Must have a <strong>stable LAN-connected internet connection</strong> suitable for work-from-home operations.</li><li>Must maintain a <strong>separate backup internet connection</strong>, such as a secondary broadband/fiber connection or other dedicated non-mobile-data internet service, to ensure work continuity in case the primary connection becomes unavailable.</li><li>Must have a <strong>suitable, dedicated, and quiet work-from-home environment</strong> conducive to handling customer calls and other assigned responsibilities.</li><li>Must
