  • Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences
  • Look into and present alternative options when a requested service or booking isn't available
  • Build and keep up professional relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers
  • Set up, run, and grow dedicated social media pages for individual properties across Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and schedule branded content — photos, posts, and captions — to promote properties and drive bookings
  • Run social media campaigns to reach new audiences and pull in traffic outside traditional booking channels
  • Respond to comments, inquiries, and direct messages across social media platforms without delay
  • Treat sensitive client information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven customer service or concierge experience, ideally with high-end or VIP clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity under pressure
  • Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram), including content creation and engagement
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, real estate, or another premium-service industry
  • Familiarity with TikTok and short-form content creation
  • Background in travel booking, reservations, or itinerary coordination
  • Track record of growing social media followings and running branding campaigns
  • Able to manage multiple platforms and projects at once
