Client Overview: Veille is an awesome entrepreneur in the automotive industry with a growing team, looking for an equally awesome unicorn to help make sure no customer follow-ups fall through the cracks and help with communication efforts, so he can focus on the things he does best. Client Requirements: - Must be able to work 20 hours weekly, with strong potential to increase to full-time (40–50 hours/week) immediately based on performance - Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 10am–2pm Pacific Time (US) - Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - Must be comfortable speaking English clearly with minimal accent for calls and meetings - Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently - Must be confident, decisive, and able to figure things out independently - Must have customer service experience and be comfortable handling outbound calls to warm leads (for lead follow-ups) - Must value respect, teamwork, continuous learning, honesty, and positivity - Must have a working understanding of how to use AI tools effectively (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to increase efficiency Responsibilities/Tasks: Must-Have Experience (*Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In*): These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one: *Customer Service Support* - Handle lead follow-ups via phone calls and email, keeping on top of warm leads so nothing falls through the cracks - Respond to customer inquiries as needed, with a focus on follow-up communications - Manage and respond to email/inbox daily *Social Media & Communications Support* - Manage social media replies and comments, and monitor posts to help improve engagement - Send out periodic newsletters Nice-to-Have Experience (*Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time*): These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job: - Support with lead generation tasks if needed - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Pay and Benefits: - Competitive hourly rates - Wellness package - Squad Breaks (paid time off) - Quarterly performance bonuses - Holiday and year-end bonuses - Annual appraisal ---------------- Our super cool hiring process: - We have real people communicating with you and looking at your application - We PAY you to take a Paid Test for the client you're applying for to make sure you like the job and you have the skills for it. - At any time, you can check out the other clients we have and ask to take Paid Tests for them, as well Please note that there is a 1-time Profile that you will help us fill out before the Paid Test.
