Customer Support Agent – Remote

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Customer Support Agent to join a dedicated team supporting an international coworking space company.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing customer registration requests, managing access to different coworking locations, and ensuring customers receive timely access to the services they have requested.

You’ll work interchangeably with another agent and will be expected to manage requests accurately, communicate clearly, and keep internal records up to date.

Working Schedule

  • Remote position
  • 2–3 shifts per week
  • Working hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Manila Time
  • Saturday and Sunday: Fixed days off
  • You will work interchangeably with another team member to ensure coverage.
  • Probation period: 2 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer emails regarding registration and access requests.
  • Process customer registrations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple platforms and systems to ensure customers receive access to coworking locations on time.
  • Monitor requests and follow up when necessary.
  • Resolve registration or access-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer requests and registrations.
  • Provide relevant insights to stakeholders through accurate and up-to-date reporting.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
  • English proficiency of B2.1 or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable working with multiple platforms and digital tools.
  • Reliable and able to consistently follow the assigned schedule.
