Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve routine issues related to billing, account management, product usage, and service support.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
  • Maintain daily KPIs including first-call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Must-Have
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with clear pronunciation and professional tone
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, web browsers, internal ticketing tools)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills for real-time customer resolution
  • Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style for customer needs
  • Comfortable working in a structured call center environment with shift rotations
  • Willingness to undergo and pass mandatory training program (no experience required)
  • Philippine citizenship with valid government-issued ID
  • Availability to work 5 days/week including weekends and holidays (flexible shifts)
  • Preferred
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or front-line service roles (even part-time or volunteer)
  • Familiarity with working in a BPO or outsourcing environment
