Data Entry (E-Commerce Catalog & Operations Specialist) - Part time (WFH)

  • Downloading, editing and uploading product images while ensuring high-resolution and consistent quality and crafting accurate product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits
  • Regularly updating product information, including pricing and specification.
  • Create and review purchase orders to ensure the accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Marketplaces products association.
  • Conduct data quality checks across all Marais channels
  • Reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Ad-hoc projects
Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Experience with photo cropping software
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Work Arrangement
  • Work Setup: WFH
  • Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm AEST , should complete 8.5 hours work
