We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to manage data input, ensure accuracy, and support backend processes across Scry AI. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality data that supports business operations and AI-driven systems.

Role Overview

As a Data Entry Operator at Scry AI, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data across systems and databases. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Processing
  • Enter data accurately into systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Update and maintain records as required
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks
Data Verification & Quality Checks
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
  • Maintain high standards of data quality
Record Management & Documentation
  • Organize and maintain data records and files
  • Ensure proper documentation and data storage practices
  • Support retrieval and reporting of data when needed
Coordination & Support
  • Work with internal teams to gather and process required information
  • Support administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure smooth data flow across processes
Process Compliance & Efficiency
  • Follow defined procedures and guidelines for data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in data entry or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
