Data Entry Specialist, Dayshift, 25K monthly

We're looking for a Data Entry specialists/associates to support master data and transactional data management within our business systems. This role is key to ensuring business data is accurate, complete, and available on time to support Commercial and Finance operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Senior High School graduates with relevant experience may also be considered. - Experience using business systems or similar data management platforms is preferred. - Strong data entry, documentation, and administrative skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong logical and analytical thinking skills. - Ability to manage multiple requests, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes and controls. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update master and transactional data within business systems. - Process requests for the creation, modification, updating, extension, activation, and deactivation of data. - Ensure all data entry requests are processed in accordance with established approval procedures. - Review submitted requests for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation. - Coordinate with functional requesters and relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide status updates. - Monitor data entry requests and ensure timely completion based on agreed timelines. - Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity. - Maintain accurate documentation and records of processed requests. - Support the team in resolving data-related issues and discrepancies.
