Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Salary: $900 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry Specialist / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across a variety of tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, hands-on experience with Shopify, and a proven ability to manage order processing with accuracy and efficiency.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and workflows. The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify and related systems.
  • Maintain and update Shopify product listings, inventory, collections, and order information.
  • Manage and organize large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize inboxes, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Input, map, and organize data effectively while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
  • Adapt to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities that may change daily.
  • Handle repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with care and precision.
  • Maintain discretion when handling sensitive personal and professional information.
Qualifications :
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, reporting, and data management.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product management, inventory updates, and order processing.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly responsive and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data mapping, reporting tasks, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues independently.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
