<strong>What The Role Is<br><br></strong>You will transform RSAF's HR operations through technical implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI-driven solutions.<br><br>You support the transformation of HR operations through application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions, for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Working On<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to transform RSAF's HR operations and decision-making processes</li><li>Develop predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives</li><li>Build and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for HR optimisation</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytical solutions<br><br>Challenge(s)</li><li>Translating complex HR business requirements into robust technical analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact</li><li>Ensuring analytical models remain accurate and relevant while adapting to evolving organisational needs and data landscapes<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or Business Intelligence is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R), data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), database management and ETL processes, machine learning frameworks and CRISP-DM methodology</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to convey complex issues in a simple and easy to understand manner<br><br>(Applicants with no experience may apply.)<br><br>Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.<br><br>Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.</li></ul>
