The Role As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, working alongside the Nursery Manager to create an inspiring, safe and nurturing environment where children thrive. You'll be responsible for: Supporting the daily management of the nursery Leading and motivating a passionate Early Years team Maintaining outstanding standards of safeguarding, care and education Supporting planning, observations and the delivery of the EYFS curriculum Coaching and developing staff to deliver high-quality practice Building positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals Helping to drive continuous improvement across the setting We're Looking For A Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant in line with DfE requirements) Previous experience in a senior nursery or leadership role A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding requirements A confident and supportive leader who enjoys developing others Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, proactive and child-centred approach Why Join This Nursery?
