What will you do? Creative & Visual Design
  • Develops key visuals and digital assets for Watsons omnibus campaigns, including social media, e-commerce, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Designs and adapts creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and Canva, ensuring outputs are on-brand, on-guideline, and production-ready across formats.
  • Translates Sales and Brand briefs into clear, campaign-ready visuals within agreed timelines.
Social Media & Digital Activation
  • Creates templated social media assets and complete form submissions, with Brand teams providing final approval on caption and asset
  • Coordinates with Brand and Content teams on sales-focused materials, including promotional posts, campaign assets, short-form videos, and TikTok content, ensuring compliance with Watsons guidelines and requirements.
  • Manages content deployment by maintaining posting calendars, trackers, and digital assets to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
E-commerce Support
  • Creates and adapts Power Images and basic product visuals
  • Supports e-commerce campaigns and major Watsons sales events, including double-digit campaigns (3.3–12.12), by preparing required digital assets and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate sasset upload and activation, while conducting basic checks to ensure timely campaign visibility and execution across e-commerce platforms.
Retailer Marketing Campaigns and Execution
  • Brainstorm and develop marketing campaigns and product launch ideas for Watsons-exclusive brands (as needed)
  • Coordinate launch plans with brand principals, agencies, internal teams, and Watsons stakeholders
Who are we looking for?
  • Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related courses
  • Expert knowledge of design software tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva for creating and editing digital visuals
  • Strong interest in creative design, digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage
  • Knowledge of beauty/lifestyle industry preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong visual, conception, problem-solving, and time-management skills
