Your Role As a Digital Content Creator , you will:
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Produce compelling visual content, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional assets that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials such as social media creatives, event collateral, advertisements, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure information remains current, visually appealing, and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement, audience growth, and campaign metrics, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal initiatives, and special events.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve content performance and audience reach.
What You Need Non-negotiables
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
  • Strong content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create photo, video, and graphic content that supports brand consistency and marketing goals.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Skills/expertise
  • Experience using website content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting to measure campaign success.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting event marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Interest or experience in the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry.
