Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist (WFH, Full-time)

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist to help grow our brands within the pool equipment, water treatment, and filtration industries. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales across distributor, dealer, and commercial channels. You will leverage digital marketing best practices, analytics, and automation tools to engage customers ranging from pool builders and retailers to engineers, contractors, and industrial facility operators.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display channels.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns to support dealer, distributor, and commercial sales pipelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and analytics.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and remarketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Maintain website content and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Produce regular campaign performance reports and insights.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Must-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience generating and nurturing B2B leads.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience marketing technical, industrial, engineering, or water-related products.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
  • Experience managing campaigns for Australian markets.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
