  • Adapt training pace and approach to learner needs while reinforcing accuracy, quality assurance, information security, and process compliance.

  • Curriculum and Documentation

  • Creating training materials, practical exercises, assessments, SOPs, job aids, or educational content.

  • Translate workflows, platform procedures, and client requirements into clear, accurate, and standardized training content.

  • Maintain version control and training records and incorporate approved process, platform, and policy changes into learning materials.

  • Assessment, Readiness, and Skill Set Reviews

  • Administer knowledge checks and practical evaluations, document results, and provide timely, actionable feedback to trainees and stakeholders.

  • Assess production readiness and recommend advancement to production, additional coaching, or remediation based on demonstrated knowledge, accuracy, and independent performance.

  • Conduct skill set reviews for existing employees, identify capability gaps, and support targeted development and cross-training plans.

  • Support nesting and early production through observation, coaching, and coordination with team leads, quality assurance personnel, and operational subject matter experts.

  • Track training outcomes and recurring performance or error trends and use findings to improve curriculum and targeted learning interventions.

  • Collaborate primarily with internal stakeholders and, when required, clients or external partners; communicate learner progress, risks, and training needs clearly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, structured data, and spreadsheet-based reporting, with the capacity to learn more advanced functionality quickly.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, strong organization and time management, and the ability to assess performance, deliver constructive feedback, manage multiple training priorities, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
